HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout. For Australian orders, we offer free shipping for orders over A$100. For international orders, we offer free worldwide shipping for orders over A$300. Please note that all the shipping cost will be displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED FROM?
We have two dispatching centres: one located in My Dearest Sydney head office and one located in our Guangzhou showroom. Generally your order will be shipped from our Sydney dispatching centre. In the circumstance of stock being unavailable in the Sydney dispatching centre, your order will be sent from Guangzhou alternatively.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Shipping timeframe will be shown at the checkout.
Domestically, express shipping will take 1 business day and standard shipping will take 2-6 business days.
Internationally it will take about 6-10 business to reach the USA, UK and Canada, Singapore and around 2-8 business days to reach China, Hongkong, Taiwan.
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. My Dearest is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order.
If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.
If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!
I'VE LOST MY TRACKING NUMBER. WHAT DO I DO?

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases made online vary from country to country. My Dearest does not cover any duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by your local government. Any duties payable are separate to your order amount and payable directly by the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus all shipping cost and payment processing fees incurred by us to fulfil your order.
