As long as your order
is still processing, we can cancel your order, but please let us know ASAP! Do
contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, once your order is processed and
picked up by courier, you are unable to cancel or make any changes.
Order confirmation will be sent to
your registered email address once the order is completed. Please check your
JUNK & SPAM folder if you are unable to locate your confirmation. Or please
don't hesitate to email us.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item
you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise
these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become
unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the
cancellation. If your order contains additional items, we will NOT ship your
incomplete order until we have been notified as to how you would like to be
reimbursed for the unavailable product.

Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Service Tax). Customers
may choose to convert the currency into a select few via the currency menu at
the top of the screen. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the
exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match
closely with the current rate.
My Dearest sizing is standard and
more often than not true to size, however some products may vary
depending on the label and style. If you are between sizes, we generally
suggest selecting a size up. We have included measurements for each item,
sizing charts are also located under product descriptions and are to be used as
a guide only. If you have any question, please email email@example.com and include your measurements so we can help
you find the right size.
Pre-Order are for items available for
pre-purchase, can either be items that are currently out of stock but will
arrive back in stock or items that are coming soon to the site. Expected
delivery time is listed on each product page, however estimated arrival dates
(ETA) cannot be guaranteed. The ETA is
subject to change if the stock delivery is delayed by our supplier. We will
send you a pre-order confirmation email after you place your order to remind
you that your item is on pre-order and will not be shipped straight away.
If you order a pre-order item with
other products in the same order, the entire order will be placed on hold and
will be shipped out together at the same time when the pre-order item arrives.
If you prefer the rest of your order to be shipped separately straight away,

extra shipping fee may apply.

a particular item you are after but is no longer available on the website,
please email email@example.com where they will inform you on whether this item will be restocked.
At this stage refunds are only offered
in the case of faulty items. Change of mind and all other returns are issued
store credit, which never expires! If you feel your order qualifies for a
refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Yes, you will have to cover the
postage cost to return any garments to us. Exceptions will be granted if My
Dearest is at fault, for example for any faulty garments or dispatch errors.
